Cheryl is a generalist counsellor with a holistic approach to helping people find meaning & purpose. Using integrated modalities Cheryl offers the opportunity for change within a compassionate and intelligent framework.

She has lived experience of inter and intra cultural dynamics, Christian ministry and missionary challenges, and raising a child with complex medical and mental health issues. As a dance teacher and arts mentor, Cheryl is open to creative expression as part of meaning making and change.

Lorraine has been involved in the makeup and beauty industry for more than 20 years. She is the founder of Lorraine's Image Workshop, a successful image consultancy in Hong Kong, where she partnered with many famous actors, celebrities, professionals and organizations. Lorraine is a qualified, passionate and caring counsellor who studied through Alphacrucis University College and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Counselling. She is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

Lorraine is passionate about women’s health and wellbeing; this has led her to offer counselling services specifically tailored to women. She understands how women wear many hats, all in a day’s work: as mothers, workers (at home and in the workplace), as daughters, as relatives and as contributing members of the wider community, the juggle is real. Lorraine is passionate about seeing women carry whatever is on their plate with grace, making sure they still take care of themselves along the process.

Lorraine has special interest in cultural integration, transition to motherhood, body image issues, post-natal depression, stress management and Christian counselling. She loves to see women rise and become the best of who they are called to be in their areas of influence. She uses an integrated approach to ensure that women receive a holistic counselling service to promote their overall wellbeing.
